Crooze Account Executive (West Region)

Crooze Corporation is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our North America Sales Team.  If you are are a dynamic, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated sales individual with a demonstrated interest in content solutions we want to speak with you.  The Senior Account Executive will report directly to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close deals within the Western Region of North America.
  • Develop an understanding of customer challenges and requirements
  • Build relationship with customers at all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with internal team members to move deals forward and ensure customer success

Requirements Skills:

  • This role requires self-motivation, high energy, and a results oriented mindset
  • At least 4 year sales experience selling content solutions to enterprise customers.  Past Box Sales experience is a plus.

Crooze Senior Manager – Professional Services

Full Time

As the Senior Manager, Professional Services, you will have responsibility for the success of client services engagements. This is a strategic delivery position with the skills and experience to oversee strategic customer engagements spanning project management, business process consulting, customer success and solution architecture. You will provide leadership and oversight to ensure that services are well defined, properly positioned and that expectations are properly set to ensure successful project outcomes for our customers. Lastly, you will scale a team to include the skills and capabilities for customer success to enable customers to expand their usage of Crooze.

Responsibilities

  • Senior level management and oversight of Professional Services delivery
  • Responsible for delivery quality and managing customer escalations
  • Manage project staffing of resources
  • Work with the team and customers to understand what works and what needs improvement on a continuous basis
  • Ensure application of best in class delivery models resulting in high customer adoption of Crooze
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is captured for each delivery
  • Support sales cycle and customer success

Qualifications

  • College degree required
  • Experience in managing and scaling Professional Services teams
  • Experience working at a technology company with a SaaS model
  • Project Management experience managing complex engagements
  • Expertise and experience authoring Statements of Work and partner agreements, and managing change order process
  • Experience building and maintaining financial models projecting team growth and proactively managing to utilization targets and revenue conversion
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully resolve situations that are complex, diverse, & occasionally difficult
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at customer C-Level

Crooze Deployment Specialist

Job Description:

This position provides deployment services for customers and partners that are implementing Crooze ECM for Box.  The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership in the Business Analysis, Information Modeling and Configuration Management for Contract Management, Digital Asset Management and Enterprise Library solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish project goals and deployment plan with customers
  • Review and document customer use cases
  • Onboard customers with Crooze best practice methodologies
  • Provide basic training
  • Configure customer use cases with customer including setting up dashboards
  • Provide file upload recommendations and if needed document any migration requirements
  • Assist in documenting results and lessons learned to assure successful implementations
  • Conduct project management duties

Requirements Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 year experience with one of the following: Document Control, Document Management, Records Management, Technical Libraries or Digital Asset Management.
  • Experience with Crooze and or Box is a plus
  • Proficient in Project Management, Time Planning and Reporting
  • Proficient in writing Statements of Work
  • Customer facing experience

Senior Migration Service Specialist

Work Location: Anywhere in North America (San Francisco Bay Area is preferred)

Typical Responsibilities
  • Primary function is facilitating File and MetaData Migrations
  • Work with customer to define the migration
  • Manage the process with the customer, manage customer expectations
  • Verify that the migration was performed correctly
  • Write custom scripts to help customer clean and validate data during the migration or adapt our standard processing
  • Support Development by enhancing or writing core scripts 
  • Assist with the streamlining the process of collection customer requirements, and reporting to the customer the migration details
